Job description
1. Must have project management skills
2. Must be able to:
- Manage a team to ensure deadlines are met
- Fluent in English to communicate with UK clients
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills including Word, Excel
- Produce KPI reports for the team efficiency
- Develop process documentation to increase efficiency
What are we looking for?
- You must have ALL the below skills to qualify for an interview.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience of a minimum of 2 – 3 as a client service coordinator
- A minimum bachelor’s degree
- The right attitude and eagerness to learn
- UK client experience is a plus but not necessary
